Agreement To These Terms
By accessing Self Income Academy websites, creating an account, purchasing a membership, using member resources, or participating in SIA opportunities, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase a membership or use restricted member services.
What Self Income Academy Is
Self Income Academy is a membership experience offering resources, tools, opportunities, support, and practical ways to learn and earn.
The word “Academy” is part of the SIA brand. SIA is not represented as a school, college, university, accredited educational institution, or degree-granting organization.
What SIA Does — And Does Not — Promise
SIA provides resources, access, opportunities, information, tools, support, and experiences that members may choose to use.
We will do it WITH you. Your choices, participation, effort, judgment, decisions, actions, and results remain your responsibility.
SIA does not guarantee income, employment, customers, contracts, business success, specific financial results, territory acquisition, or any particular outcome.
NO REFUNDS
Digital Content Cannot Be Returned
Membership provides access to digital resources, information, tools, opportunities, and other content. Once access is provided, that digital value cannot practically be returned to SIA.
Value Is Provided In Advance
SIA provides membership resources and value in advance, including resources and opportunities whose available value is intended to exceed the membership fee.
Your Membership Lasts One Year
Membership is purchased for a one-year period. No cancellation is necessary during that period. Your access continues through the end of the paid membership term.
One-Year Membership Term
An SIA membership provides access for the applicable one-year membership period, subject to these Terms.
You do not need to cancel your membership in order to continue using it through the end of the period you purchased.
Expiration of the paid period does not create a right to a partial or prorated refund.
Earning & Business Opportunities
SIA may provide information about earning opportunities, partnership opportunities, external platforms, business ideas, tools, community opportunities, or future opportunities.
Availability, eligibility, demand, income, expenses, customer activity, and results may vary.
Members are responsible for evaluating opportunities and deciding whether they are appropriate for their own circumstances.
My Local Board & Town Rights
SIA Full Members may receive early opportunities to claim First Rights To Acquire available My Local Board territories before those opportunities are made available to the general public.
Any future acquisition of a Local Board territory may be subject to separate terms, qualifications, agreements, pricing, operating requirements, and other conditions applicable at that time.
Third-Party Platforms & Opportunities
SIA may introduce or provide access to websites, businesses, applications, earning platforms, service opportunities, or other third-party resources.
Third parties may have their own terms, requirements, eligibility rules, privacy policies, fees, or business practices.
SIA is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, performance, or policies of unaffiliated third parties.
Member Conduct
Members agree not to misuse SIA websites, membership resources, other members, communications systems, opportunities, or intellectual property.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Fraud or intentional misrepresentation.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Interfering with website or platform operations.
- Using SIA resources for unlawful purposes.
- Copying, distributing, reselling, or publishing protected SIA content without permission.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, SIA-created website content, graphics, written materials, digital resources, branding, applications, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Self Income Academy.
Membership gives you permission to use applicable member resources for their intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of SIA intellectual property.
Availability & Changes
SIA is evolving. Resources, features, opportunities, technologies, schedules, websites, and third-party relationships may be added, changed, replaced, improved, or discontinued.
We may modify these Terms when necessary. The current version will be posted on this page.
Limitation Of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, speculative, or business losses resulting from a member's use of or inability to use SIA resources, third-party opportunities, or external platforms.
